**Help during battery emergency ** *** HIGHLY RECCOMENDED*** I had trouble with my auxiliary and Main battery coming into Jacksonville late night. I run a lot of accessories on two batteries and a long road trip definitely caused issues. Shawn took my call at 3 a.m. on Saturday. It is extremely rare to find this kind of work ethic. I had to get my truck in working order to be able too board an ocean Freighter the following morning. Shawn took the time not only to fix my issues --but also to understand and break down the electrical explanations in ways that were easy to digest. I found his services to be extremely valuable. I received a tire during their late-night services, The attendant struggled and fumbled around. Communication was terrible — I asked multiple times for a quote and didn’t get a straight answer until it was time to pay. A simple flat tire replacement that should take no more than 20 minutes took nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes, and they tried to charge me $105 for the poor service. After some back-and-forth, we settled at $90 due to the “miscommunication.” Not even 10 minutes after leaving, the tire went flat again. We returned to the shop, and they replaced it with another low-quality tire, promising that we could come back the next day at noon and receive the proper size tire and a warranty. They're over priced for night time services They charged me $100 to swap a tire on the rim and to replace a valve stem. I suggest if you need a tire after all tire shops are closed then it's best to just wait until the next day
