This shop came highly recommended from a member of the staff at "NAPA Auto Parts" as a good place to get Auto AC Lines fabricated while you wait. Paul and his crew took my damaged line and quickly came up with a workable replacement. The pricing and workmanship make this place an excellent alternative option for AC Lines that are no longer commercially available

Service your car elsewhere. Unprofessional and dishonest. I asked Paul to call me with a quote BEFORE doing any work to the car to ensure I was able to continue with the service today. He did not. He told me my refrigerant was empty and they just recharged it. Charged me $238. He was rude and condescending when I questioned why he did not let me know before servicing the car. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Paul is a great guy with a really great personality. My Jeep Patriots A/C let go and needed to be replaced. Paul and his mechanic did an excellent job and Paul went above and beyond my expectations. With costs being so high now-a-days, everything is expensive. However, the work that was done (and knowing it was done correctly) was worth the cost. I will continue to have RJ Pelletier service my vehicles for not only A/C issues but for any of the services they can provide for my vehicle. Thank you so much Paul. You earned a life long (and appreciative) customer.

Ahh, the price we pay for comfort, indeed, lol! The very 1st abnormally hot day arrived in May & as I was driving up the highway, I turned my Ac on only to get....hot air in the face! Grrrr......I called my favorite mechanic, Jim, at TNT Garage & unfortunately, he doesn't work on AC systems, but he highly recommended this place. I called & the owner answered & explained the up front costs (my mechanic did say it wasn't cheap, but these guys get it done right the first time) & said they will call with an estimate when they find the problem. They had an appointment at the end of week & have night before drop-off option, which is great for me. They called the next morning by 9am with the bad news, lol! My whole system was basically shot. Paul the owner, was extremely nice, helpful and personable. He was very professional and did not push you to purchase a vehicle. He took his time with you. I will certainly recommend him to every one.
