NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE TGE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT UNTIL YOU DRIVE OFF THE LOT IN A COMPLETE LEMON. LESS THAN 20DAYS AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN THE MANAGER STATED THAT ITS A USED CAR ITS BOUND TO HAPPEN…. VEHICLE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THAT. LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AND PAYING OVER $1400 IN REPAIRING VEHICLE BECAUSE WARRANTIES ONCE AGAIN DID NOT SO CALLED COVER. IF YOU ARE REFEREED HERE RUN RUN RUN FAST!!! THEY BRAG ABOUT SERVICE DEPARTMENT BUT ITS ALWAYS BOOKED UP AND I SEE WHY FROM THE CRAPPY CARS THAT ARE SOLD!!!

I came into Auto America alone one day and walked out with my first car! Still a bittersweet moment I’ll never forget. The staff were very informal and made sure I understood everything step by step. Great company & I love my car!

Really great customer service Johnny was very helpful at the Independence location. He made sure that I had a reliable vehicle for my family and I, and assuring me that I was in the right place by taking his time and explaining my options. I never felt like I was being forced into something like some other dealerships do. Overall I’m very happy with my new vehicle. This dealership and the people there are so dependable and friendly. I love this place. 4 months ago I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty. After totaling my car from a severe accident I automatically called the dealership to see if they could help me with a replacement. They told me absolutely even with considering my circumstances. Went down to the dealership explained what happened and they told me the necessary steps that needed to take place and, was willing to put me in the car that I wanted instead of just trying to make a sale. Do not purchase a car from here. Family purchased a van from here and not a month from the purchase had to get transmission rebuild. The insurance they have paid for most but had to come out of pocket a few hundred they didn’t cover. A few weeks after that the driver window regulator gave out so I had to replace that. The drive side headlight had a shortage in the wiring so it would flick on and off until I had it rewired. Not even two weeks after all this p1028 code for thermostat housing replacement came up and had to fix this. Thankfully I work on cars and was able to fix most of this myself besides the transmission. The cars here are not good for the price and are not worth wasting your money on. Will never buy another vehicle here or recommend to anyone. Stay away and go somewhere the
