Auto America

The stars aligned and I was able to squeeze in to a cancellation two days before I was leaving town. The Auto America crew did an awesome job on the interior detail of my Solara convertible. Denis and the rest of the gang were professional and friendly and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. Take your dirty car there, they are the best!

Use at your own risk. Zero quality control. Rear compartment wasn’t vacuumed, the trunk mat was removed and cleaned but underneath wasn’t done. Previous detail of the same vehicle had every inch of interior carpet shampooed. Windshield had to be redone inside and out. Product used on exterior that left spots was supposed to wipe right off. That is not the case. Yes it looks better than it did but not as good as previous shop owner had done. Lastly, black plastic trim he said product won’t work on was remedied using a trim restore product. Very poor work resulting in loss of time and money. As a follow up Denis called and apologized for my dissatisfaction with the service. He has committed to not cash my check which I consider a favorable resolution to my complaint. Case closed.

They did a fantastic job on a filthy truck for me. Very satisfied.

Auto America did a fantastic job detailing my car. My seats had numerous stains from dogs to sweaty after-practice kid to drink spills. They managed to get every stain out, which I did not expect. My car looks brand new. Prices are great, as well. I would highly recommend.
