Auto Assets

Took my Porsche Boxster over to Auto Assets earlier this week for oil change and seasonal inspection before winter storage. I scheduled the appointment and service was performed while I waited. I received a verbal summary from Rob and then an email with the details. I was very impressed with their process and professionalism. While waiting, met a fellow from Cincinnati who had lived in Columbus, and still brings his sports car to Auto Assets for service! I was referred to Auto Assets by several friends, and I know understand their loyalty and the level of service provided by this company. Kudos to Chip Vance and all the folks at Auto Assets! Sold us a ticking time bomb and won’t make it right We bought a 2020 Porsche Cayenne from Auto Assets in Powell, OH on September 6, 2025 for $36,183. It was supposed to be safe, reliable transportation for our autistic son — school, doctor appointments, therapies. During the test drive I clearly heard a loud ticking noise from the engine and asked about it. The salesman (they call themselves Porsche specialists who work on race cars) looked me in the eye and said, “That’s just how Porsches sound — totally normal.” I had never owned one before, so I trusted them and bought the car. I recently worked with Josh on purchasing a vehicle and had such a great experience. He was incredibly helpful, down to earth, and straightforward. There was no fluff and no pushy sales tactics, which I really appreciated. He made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. I truly loved my experience and will absolutely be back when it’s time to upgrade.

We were very satisfied due to the superior customer service that the staff at Auto Assets has shown. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We brought in our Mercedes GL350 and our Nissan Rogue to Auto Assets for maintenance and every part of the service was detailed so we clearly understood what services were performed and what they suggested for the next service appt. The service appointment was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time so that we weren’t without our car for long. I was pleasantly surprised of how seamless the service appt. Went and much more efficient use of my time having it serviced by Auto Assets and there was also some value /savings over the Mercedes dealership. I would definitely return and have service performed again at Auto Assets.

5 Star Plus BABY!!! I have a BMW 328i that needed a little love and the fixed her right up sooner (3 days) and less expensive ($500+) than the dealership quote. Super friendly and easy to work with -- I'm really happy I found these guys
