Joe was very professional, explained my options and got me a great set of tires at a fair price. My car was turned around quickly and the whole process of working with Oxford Automotive was painless. I am however disappointed that two of my black powder coated rims were damaged during installation. One of the reasons I went to Oxford is because I wanted to work with a shop that serviced more high end cars and knew how to carefully handle my rims. I even stressed that when I dropped the vehicle off; however, immediately upon picking my car up I saw that two of my rims were damage on the edge. Joe did offer to have them repaired if my rim warranty denied my claim.

My check light came on while I was driving to work so the car stopped pulling. I managed to auto zone and diagnosed shows that my fuel sensor is not working. I quickly checked online and found Oxford automobile service. I called them and the reception was quite good so drove my 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 to the shop. In fact I was thinking is going to take days for my car to be fixed but it was fixed some hours later. What they diagnosed was far different from what I was told at Auto Zone. No parts was changed and amount paid was far less than I expected. Good Job done

I have taken several of my vehicles to Oxford and I have always been pleased with the service. Most recently I had a more urgent issue and Oxford was able to get me in the next day. Everyone I have worked with is extremely professional, personable and upfront regarding work being done on the vehicle. I also appreciate the smaller, non-dealership feel of Oxford. The pricing is great and definitely lower than the dealership pricing I am used to.
