They sold a not working car to my friend. they "fixed" however the car still does not work. The car is a Lexus GS350. They sold a vehicle that they ensured me it passed MD inspection only to find out that it didn't pass.

On July 18, 2025, I was seeking to purchase a SUV from Auto Bank in Fairfax, VA. My sale rep Mr. Carlos sole me a 2019 Dodge Journey that needed to be revive from the grave. After 2 hours later my engine light came on. This vehicle had multiple engine issues. I request a full refund of purchase which Mr. Carlos tried to deny. It was not until I threaten to call the police when he decided to honor my refund. My experience with Auto Bank was horrible and deserve a 00000 rating.... SYL
