I had a good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a vehicle!

Horrible vehicle they sold me. Even worst customer service. They treat you like you the customer owe them for their time. Haven't had the vehicle for barely 4 months and it's been in the shop 4times! Had to pay 1000 to fix the breaks and break line after only having the vehicle for a month. I've had transmission problems twice which lead to lost time from work / my pay. I needed a reliable vehicle so I can provide for my family, however this dealership has provided me with more issues and debts. The hardest/heartlessness words/issues actually came from the customer service girl and supervisor of the service center. When I ask how long it'll take they tell me they don't know. When I ask if they can please put me in a reliable vehicle since I'm still within Warranty... Again told me this i

Bought a car and they refused to honor the warranty they offer saying they had spent too much on car already and wanted us to just pick a different one from lot. Refused to return down payment and still left derogatory mark on credit.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would this place is manipulating people’s rights and they are doing shady business I was incarcerated for a week and a few days and before my timeframe to get my car back ended they had already counted me out, my items got removed from the car and put into trash bags and I have multiple things stolen from my personal property in pricing amounts the majority of which where car use items I had a $200+ jumpstarter of which I realized instantly was mission and they all at the Truman rd location played clueless to it then upon my return home I found multiple additional items missing I had a $100+ FIXD car scanner go missing and a $20+ portable speaker missing and also a $100+ pandora ring missing and it’s just hard to believe that law enforcement would take th

WARNING INFESTED WITH ROACHES 🪳 🪳 🪳 🪳 🪳 🪳 🪳 Got my first car there, couple days later roaches started to appear, my kids will no longer go in the car, try telling the owner that the car was infested with roaches, I ASKED THEM HOW LONG WAS THE CAR SITTING BEFORE I GOT THE CAR, he said 22 days. I'm pretty sure a lot more of the cars are going to be infested with roaches and they did nothing to help. ,🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 I never had roaches in my life
