My husband bought this truck yesterday. The transaction was smooth and easy. They actually processed my application online and we did most of the paperwork over the phone. When we got there...checked out the truck test drove it WE LOVED IT! Great vehicle and people. Very Godly people. Gavin was our sales person...I pray he has a prosperous life. He was to await our arrival since we lived 3.5 hours away. He stayed late and was so professional. We will definitely be buying from them again.

I had the best experience shopping for a car here. Nate was super helpful, patient, and kind during the process. I felt no pressure at all during the entire process and it went very smoothly. I got a great car at a great price and am so thankful for this crew and their professionalism! If you are looking at buying a car I would definitely recommend stopping here before going to a big corporate dealership!

This place is ran by 12-year-olds. Drove over an hour to test drive a Tahoe. When I called to inquire, was never told of any issues. Test drove it, it CLEARLY needs a new transmission. I walked in, handed them the keys and the guy says "how did it drive?" literally, doesn't get the question out, and the little girls in the back start snickering. Save your time if you're an interested buyer. Edit to add - I also believe it's important for readers to consider full context when reviewing feedback. All points mentioned in my review above can be supported by addition reviews from other prospects. Including the “gaggle of -18-20 year olds”.

I went in to test drive a 2022 F-150 Platinum and was fully prepared to purchase the vehicle the same day. However, several issues — and the dealership’s unwillingness to address them — made that impossible. The truck was missing a second key fob and displayed a clear warning that the 12V battery needed replacement. These are basic, reasonable items to expect from a dealer selling a high-end truck. Purchased a new to me vehicle with Autobarn and had nothing but good experience with them. CJ was very patient and helpful in the financing process! His professionalism greatly represents the company as a whole. I really enjoyed being able to freely walk around and view their inventory without being bombarded with questions like other dealerships. When I finally found a vehicle I was interested in, everyone was very helpful in any questions about the car. Even after purchasing, Travis assisted in answering any questions or concerns. 👍 EDIT: After a year of ownership, the car is still wonderful and reliable as ever. Car has only needed regular maintenance intervals which goes to show the honesty of AutoBarn.
