I’ve needed work done on my car three times now, and each time I’ve gone with Auto Body Clinic. They are accredited with insurance and their work is covered under warranty. They make the process totally seamless. I love that I can drop my car conveniently in Peabody and they take it to one of their multiple repair shops, whichever has the earliest availability. They had me stop by the repair shop ahead of time to look at my car quickly and make sure they had everything they needed for the repair and if they didn’t have it it was ordered and ready on the day I dropped the car. My car was finished earlier than expected, and looking brand new. They set up a rental for me with my insurance, and Hertz is literally attached to the building. They did a quality job, like the accident never even happened! Just be aware that even for minor repairs, when they say it will take more than a week, they will take as many days as they say it will take! A straightforward process so long as your ducks are in a row with your insurance company. And if you need a rental, there’s a Hertz in the same building next door!

Didn't appreciate the attitude of the secretary at the Reading office questioning if the insurance would cover the accident after we already verified that they would. It was obvious, as the we have full coverage and all off the damage was in the rear of the vehicle. We are very happy with the actual work that was performed on the vehicle as it looks great, and is driving well.

7 weeks ago I was hit by someone who crossed over the double yellow line and smashed into my front end and drivers side door, then into the car behind me. In a matter of seconds, several thousand dollars worth of damage was done to my car, and I had to figure out who I wanted to do the repairs. My insurance company suggested a few names, and I selected Auto Body Clinic after doing some research. I am SO glad that I did. I am very grateful to everyone in the Peabody and Reading locations who helped me deal with getting my car repaired. Drop off and rental car went smoothly. I was informed all along the way on the progress of the repair. Picked up the car and the work was completed. The car looked like it was never hit. Great work by Auto Body Clinc.
