These guys are amazing. Truck was finished ahead of time. All the guys (and girl) were fantastic. We worked with Ryan and he was great!! He made everything run smoothly, gave updates, answered all my questions. They definitely went above and beyond for us. The truck looks wonderful and can't even tell we hit a deer. Thank you everyone who had a part in fixing the truck, We appreciate YOU!

My car was ready earlier than expected. It was returned detailed and looks like a new car even though it’s a 2017 Outback. Everyone was very helpful. Brian and the office staff handled all communications with my insurance company and the car rental agency. They communicated with me during and after the work was done. I highly recommend Auto Body Concepts.

lan and Brian at Auto Body Concepts in Bend, Oregon were very supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of repairing my vehicle. They worked directly with the insurance company and also assisted with communication with the car rental company, which made everything seamless. I truly appreciated the wraparound service I received, and my car looks great.

I appreciate the excellent communication and efficiency of the front office staff, who kept me well-informed throughout the repair process and returned my vehicle promptly. Unfortunately, I have significant concerns about the quality of the bodywork itself. The clear coat on the passenger side has noticeable runs that are actually palpable – you can feel the excess coating. (See attached photo.) Furthermore, the headlights were improperly aimed upon pickup, with the driver's side beam pointing dangerously towards oncoming traffic, requiring me to re-aim them myself for safe nighttime driving. While I value the positive interactions with the front office team, the quality of the repair work needs serious improvement.

Auto Body Concepts was fast and friendly. They returned my truck to me before the estimated time of completion. I love my truck and I’m so happy they were able to return it to me like the accident never happened!
