I am a customer from California who purchased a Porsche 911 Turbo S from Boom Auto, and I could not be happier with the experience. My primary contact, Zach, and the manager, Thomas, took great care of me from start to finish. They picked me up at the airport, took me to my hotel, responded quickly to all my emails and texts, and arranged to have the car shipped directly to my home. It turned out the exhaust system needed to be replaced with an OEM unit to meet California requirements, Boom Auto paid to have the car shipped back to them, completed the work, and shipped it back to me again. That level of support is rare. They clearly put customer satisfaction above everything else and were extremely accommodating throughout the entire process.
