Extremely helpful, even if they didn't have what I needed. I was working on an older car. I know it's hard to cater to everyone.

Dropped off an older vehicle for body repair and left instructions to contact us before any repairs were made. We made several calls and in person visits over a 2 month period checking on the status of the vehicle, and each time it was like the first time we had contacted them. One day we noticed the vehicle sitting outside with the body repairs made, again without any notification of an estimate, and when we contacted them about it, it ended up costing more than what we wanted to pay for the repairs. Communication was very poor on their behalf.

It was very nice .they had my part out ready to go when I got there.if you have a hard to find part they just have it .

We bought a 2008 Honda fit engine from this junkyard. Once we arrive at our shop, we noticed that the oil pan had a hole in it and the engine wouldn’t turn. So the next day we came back to get a refund or an exchange but the owner of the junkyard told us they couldn’t do anything about it because when it left from there junkyard it didn’t have a hole in the oil pan. The owner said that we must have dropped this engine, that is why the oil pan had a hole in it but we never moved this engine off our truck. This junkyard is bad business. They were already aware of it being broken that is why when they loaded it on the truck they didn’t have the oil pan visible.
