Called in around noon today, hoping to get an alignment. Jen answered the phone, super friendly and nice Finding a time in their schedule to make it work for a quick alignment. When I arrived, we got my account all set up and they took my truck out back right away nice and easy With a nice waiting room to hang around in. Jenn even offered a loaner car when I was there a bit longer due to needing a tie rod replacement on the passenger side of my truck. Josh found this and went and explained what was going on with the Tierod and why I needed a replacement and wanted to make sure I was OK with the rep replacing it before he move forward which I did appreciate a lot. We got a new tire rod on it. They did the alignment explained a really nice gold package that they have for a subscription which

The Derry location always treats me very well. I've been going here for a couple of years. I moved to Maine and still make the trip down because of their outstanding service. I've been to a few other auto shops and no one treats me like them. They go into great detail with pictures on the services that need to be done. They don't beat around the bush. They tell you every single thing that needs to be done and give you a list based on priority. They even include estimates for each service beforehand if you ask.

Truly impress by the service. These are very friendly, customer focused and eager to help. I brought my SUV for a tire replacement, they ran a 40 point inspection, showed me (not told me) small problem with the car and I was able to address the issue. The final bill was exactly what was discussed, the only pleasant surprise was the bill had pictures of each area of the car including any replaced part. Honest, competent and nice.

I am new to EV driving and newer to the area, so when I needed work done on my Tesla, I did some searching to find someone who could do it. Everything pointed to Auto Care Plus. Man, am I glad I went with them. They were thorough with diagnosing the issues and communication with Cooper and Jennifer was top notch. Cooper worked directly with my extended warranty and made it an extremely easy process. They offered rides home and car delivery as well. This is a family business that takes pride in going over and above. I am bringing all of my vehicles here to service going forward. Thank you so much!

Was a busy Saturday Morning! Customer service was better than anyone could have expect for such a busy atmosphere. Jenifer and Kyle stepped up for our unexpected needs with gracious hospitality and a community kindness.
