I'm always well taken care of by these guys. 5-6 visits with my Subaru, and I've been happy with each visit. Bearings, coolant system, brakes, chassis work, 170k miles young and runs great! I worked at a Toyota dealership for years and would STILL bring my car to Stevens. Any day.

My 2021 Acura RDX was serviced for new tires and brakes, at a very reasonable price. Prior to replacing the brakes had a slight vibration while braking on the highway. Rob not only replaced the worn components, but carefully cleaned and lubricated caliper friction points and mounting hardware. The car drives like new again. I highly recommend this shop.

I was driving to Vermont from Boston and noticed that my steering wheel was shaking vigorously. I was afraid that the engine was going to blow. I stopped at Stevens for a check up and one of the gentlemen who worked there stated that the issue was with my tires having collected snow and salt, which could cause the steering wheel to shake. He pressure washed the tires and entire car, which was a bonus, at no cost. He mentioned that if that didn’t work, just turn back around. I hopped on the highway and, to my surprise, the issue was resolved. If you’re ever in Derry for any car issue, this is the place to go.
