STAY AWAY!!! $13,900 of damages from their "tech" crashing my car into a parked vehicle in the parking lot! See pic 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia. Accident 12/11/25 got car back 2/27/26 11 weeks later! They never called once or assisted in anyway to deal with this or deal with their terrible insurance company that wanted to deny a like for like rental and OEM parts, absolute nightmare. No compensation, no nothing not even a call from the owner to clear the air. Absolutely 1000% unprofessional. I asked how they crashed my car into a parked car, they reply "youve never been in an accident?" Do not put your car in the hands of these negligent employees or you may have the same issue. This place screams of fake reviews beware.

Got to admit the state of New Hampshire loves to wait til the last minute to change things so I had to get my car inspected after all. Lew and his team were THE ONLY ones willing to get me in TODAY. He let me know it'd be some time as they were inundated with work so I dropped it off. Lew Called me way quicker than I expected and when I got there to pick it up there was a line of people and he said hi to all and kept each of us laughing while we waited to pick up. Great experience will definitely return.

The service advisor, Mike, was great! He listened, cared and made recommendations based on their inspection of the vehicle. He wasn't pushy and never made it seem like he was hustling me or selling me something the vehicle didn't need. I got an oil change, tire rotation and inspection sticker at this visit. They have a Reward Plus service and maintenance package that I highly recommend. Ultimately it saves you money 👍 They have a complimentary coffee bar with many options and also a fridge with different kinds of 12 oz cans of soda. The place is really clean ..especially the bathrooms! After looking awhile for a place to call home for my car maintenance, I finally found it! This team is the best!!

Stopped into Auto Care Plus in Londonderry to inquire about tires. Mike was fantastic. He took the time to explain the different tire options instead of just telling me what to buy. He made the process very easy for me. I will definitely work with Mike in the future for other auto repair needs.

Known Big Lew a long time. Super trustworthy and honest guy, and I can say that with full confidence, having worked in the industry for many years. First time at this specific shop, but, it won't be the last. Not many places will deal with a 14k lb dually diesel, these guys will. They addressed all the concerns I mentioned when I made the appointment, as well as bringing some developing issues to my attention. Got everything taken care of in the timetable I expected. Glad to have followed Lew to a new shop where I know I'm in good hands.
