He exemplifies what great, positive customer interaction and service should be in the customer service industry. He is cheerful, polite, and very respectful. Recommended by a family member. They had no issue with working with parts I brought. They noticed a larger issue while doing the work and provided a reasonable quote. They also worked with me to get the brakes down which I had planned on getting done later. After picking up the car I heard a grinding noise. They sent a town truck and the issue was not with the work they had done but something that happened on the way home. They covered the fix and tow despite my offer to pay.
