I strongly advise against using Auto Club. My vehicle was misdiagnosed, and I was charged for unnecessary work that did not resolve the original issue. As a result, my car ended up not being drivable, would not even turn on, and was left leaking. This created additional expenses and significant hardship for me. Their lack of accuracy, accountability, and transparency shows a clear disregard for customer trust. On top of that, do not trust the cars they sell. After they ruined my car, I test drove one of their vehicles and it stopped on the highway. The owner then tried to sell me another car which, after running the vin, I discovered was a total-loss lemon. Even after asking several times if there was anything wrong with the car, he assured me there wasn’t. This business is not honest or

do not go here for anything they are scammers. i bought a car from here and when we checked it to make sure it was all good everything seemed fine with it. No codes AT THE MOMENT and the guy said that everything is fine with the car they took care of it. One week later of owning the car i started to see the problems and we checked it, it had so many codes. So now i am stuck with a car that wont turn on and need to pay over 3000 to get a new engine. This guy is a scammer and erases the codes on the car so he can sell them for a higher price. Do not do business with him.

Well I have had work done there previously, and I'm unsure of other people's bad experiences, but they stand behind their work and go beyond their expectations. I recently blew a head gasket and damaged my engine. Instead of trying to repair the old engine, that could still have damage to it, they suggested a new engine. This was something I was not prepared for but they have worked with me and I only had to pay $1350 for engine and labor. This is good considering I do not want another car payment at the moment. They are nice and friendly and don't rush their work...Which is both a blessing and a curse. I've been without a car for over a week. But if they get it up and running then that's the main thing.

Never ever go here. Worst experience I've ever had. I'm a former mechanic myself. They had a friend's car which broke down two days after a spark plug change. They said have it towed here and we'll fix it. After looking over it said they'd fix it no problem. Five months later and they've been claiming they never said it to begin with. Went to look at car today, coil packs were in the driver floor board. I put them in the engine and tried to turn car over. Left to get a vehicle to tow it with, come back and the coil packs are gone. They removed their jump box from under the hood, removed the coil packs(3 of them all brand new) and claim they did nothing. This is theft. Then argued and got in my face claiming the vehicle is now theirs and we cannot take it. Well of course we took it. The own

Wish I could give a negative star. Today my car was dropped off for spark plug change. Car was running fine but could feel a shutter of misfire. Husband went to pick it up the car is smoking and won't go over 30. Mechanic acted nonchalant and like it wasn't his problem. Husband talked to owner, they looked the car over and said they didnt see anything wrong. Called another mechanic in. He finds a hose not hooked back up. Says he'll go back through to see what went wrong. 2 hours later they offer me my money back for spark plug change. Car is messed up and I don't know what they did to it. Oil pan is leaking when I didn't have a leak before. Won't accelerate. Making a noise from the muffle. All it was doing before was a little shutter when idling.
