I could not be happier with my experience with Auto Collision Center of Exeter. They were amazing. They explained everything to me in detail, kept me informed every step of the way and were great to work with. My vehicle was ready a day earlier than expected and it was spotless inside and out.

From start to finish my experience with Auto Collision Center of Exeter (ACCOFEX) was excellent as follows. Firstly, I made appointment for estimate, for which appointment General Manager Bryan Dinger was punctual and provided a detailed estimate. Once I had initiated the claim with the liable party's insurance company, ACCOFEX performed all interaction with that company (State Farm) and I never had to get involved in the information-exchange stream again. We scheduled an appointment to effect repairs and I was advised of the expected timeframe required to complete repairs. WOW. Wendy, Brian and the rest of the team over at Auto Collision Center of Exeter did an amazing job repairing my Porsche Cayenne. The high level of communication and professionalism was something we all hope for, during the stressful time of having your car in for repairs. From handling and scheduling the rental, working with my insurance company, to detailing the whole car and everything in between. Zero Stress. What a fantastic business. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Brian explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Fit and finish of my repair was perfect. They washed the exterior of my truck and vacuumed the interior. They even made all the arrangements for my rent a car. I’m completely satisfied with my repairs. I highly recommend ACC of Exeter!!

The office staff were very considerate, kind, and personable. The work was top notch, got a huge dent on my suv hatch and they replaced it like new. I highly recommend this crew!
