I can't say enough good things about the team at Graham. Bottom line, up front: Highly recommend you take your car to them for service. Great people, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and competitively priced. The long story: Our 2019 Yukon XL started throwing multple codes indicating failure of both the high pressure fuel pump and the oil pump at the same time.. which was going to be very costly to repair ($6K was first quote w received!). We had the car looked at by a mechanic we trust and he had never seen this kind of failure before and not at the same time. Called Graham's in the morning cause I had side swiped someone during a snow storm the night before Xmas and my passenger tire was pushed in and a bunch lights had come on. They were quick on phone just grabbed my phone number and just told me to have it towed in. I called had AAA to drop it off around 11am. At 12pm I got a text saying it was diagnosed called they told me needed tire rods and an alignment, which I gave the go ahead. At 3pm I received a text that my car was ready. I was honestly surprised in how quickly they not only got me in but got my vehicle fixed and back on the road by thank you.

My car is so much quieter, runs super smoothly, and I’ve put purchasing a new one on the back burner for now, all thanks to the incredible service at Graham Tire & Auto!

Graham Tire in Exeter is a first class car service shop. I recently went for new tires and asked for a complete check of the car as I am driving to Florida. As usual, they were professional, fair and completed the work on time. After 9 years I would go nowhere else. Thank you Tim and all you team!!!!

Had a low profile tire mounted and balanced on an aftermarket wheel. Very quick turn around. Very professional from beginning to end. Will be going back.
