Jim was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable. The repair was done quickly and my car looks great. I really appreciate how helpful and professional they were. Highly recommend!

Best place to get your car fixed by a landslide. Not only is their work perfect but they take all the stress off your plate. Handling insurance claims and getting your car back to you quickly was the first half. The second half was how responsive and kind they are. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I have complete confidence in their professionalism and ability, there is no where else I would take my car.

A deer slammed into the side of my car and caved in my passenger door. These guys are so helpful and polite every single time I have the pleasure of meeting them. They did a perfect job restoring my vehicle to EXACTLY how it was prior to the accident. All the work was done in such a reasonable time, too. I drive a relatively new Honda civic so it really stung when the doors and frame got so damaged. This place is fantastic at what they do, absolutely come here for any body work. I have zero experience in ever having any auto body work done, let alone through insurance. However, when this thing fell from the sky on the Northway (still no idea what hit me) a few months back hit the three inches between my back windshield and my taillight, I immediately took to Google and tried to find the best folks for the job! These guys are the highest rated in the area and for very good reason! Not only was Jim super responsive in providing me a time to come in for an estimate, he helped me navigate everything that I didn’t even need to fret! We were able to find time on the books and he worked with the adjuster, and the folks at the shop got the work done in such remarkable speed and such attention to detail! I had just bought a new BMW and got my side door slammed by an adjacent car. Caused a small but very noticeable and serious scrape down to the metal. Jim at Auto Cosmetics set me up and they did a great job at a very reasonable cost. They were great repairing another of my vehicles a few years back. And they constantly kept me up to date with their progress. 👍👍👍
