I had my son's car diagnosed there it needed plugs & coil packs, they went ahead and did $864 worth of work without approval. Turned out the parts were no good and made my son wait several days to warranty with good parts ! Called the dealership and they said that the work would have only cost $594 + tax by certified technicians. The service writer is rude and treats everyone as a child, not knowing a thing about cars period. As someone who grew up with John Foley, he would be disgusted how Shawn is running the business now. Beware go to a certified repair shop , save yourself the hassle

We had already put $3,000 of work into my Jeep Compass, including getting it running and new tires, after it had been sitting for close to a year. The vehicle was brought to Foley’s because my family has a long-standing relationship with this shop and I was told they were ethical and trustworthy. Just a couple of months later, the car would not start again. I had it towed via AAA back to Foley’s. I was then told the issue was the fuse box and was quoted $1,500 for a new part or $500 for a used part, including labor. Because we had already invested more than the vehicle is worth, I explicitly agreed to the $500 option. Yesterday, I was notified that the car was ready. When I called to make payment, I was told the total was over $1,000 more than double the quoted price. I was shocked. When
