I have never left a review on anything in my life but this shop is more than deserving of five stars. While out in Colorado I went into a ditch where the side of my truck found a tree to grind against as I went off. All of the shops out west couldn't get me in for at least a few months. I got in contact with Kyle and he was able to get me in the same week I was coming home for the holidays. He made the entire process seamless and explained every aspect from working with my insurance to the repair timeline. Great communication the entire time and got my truck looking brand new in a few weeks. If you're looking for a repair shop, this is the place to go. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the insurance and claims process—which I especially appreciate as an insurance agent who has seen far too many shops be more reactive than proactive, often leaving their customers frustrated and confused. Everyone I spoke to took the time to clearly explain what the steps were, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. I recently had to have my rear bumper replaced because a deer ran into the back of my car. I took it to caliber in Albany as that is who my insurance directed me to see. They provided an estimate and told me that they would need 2-3 weeks to repair the damage. I took my vehicle to Auto Cosmetics of Voorheesville upon a recommendation. WOW! to say I am pleased is an understatement. Their estimate was less than caliber and more importantly to me, the repair only took 3 days! The staff running the place is very friendly, I even got along well with their "Attack" French Bulldog I was even more impressed after getting into my repaired vehicle on how clean the interior was.
