NAPA Auto Parts - Voorheesville Truck and Auto Supply

Poor customer service. This is an "independently" owned store so they would not take a brake core from another store. I also wanted to buy oil, there were no prices on any of the oil. Was told prices fluctuate too much to put prices on them. Store also closes an hour earlier then other NAPAs. Been here a few other times. Both times items I needed did not have prices. Had to bring different brands to the counter to scan them to see which was a better price.

I agree with the last post that the customer service is poor, I will even add very poor. I went into purchase a battery for an RV, which was actually a duplicate of a battery I previously purchased. I was able to show the person exactly what I needed. There was no pleasantry at all, when I asked a question I was given an answer by the staff person that insinuated I was stupid. There are so many choices that we can make our purchases from. Trying to buy locally is important, but pleasantries, customer service outweighs this. This was an extremely disappointing experience

Great addition to our small community. I frequent this store on a daily basis and enjoy the personal service from the few local employees. I'm glad to wait a minute extra to get professional and polite service. It is refreshing to see a small family run business like this one doing well in a world full of Impersonal big box chain stores.
