Honestly amazed at the customer service and the repairs done! Black ice won against my Kia Forte and the majority of the front was tore off and took a lot of damage. Cat was great with communication and keeping me up to date every step of the way. They were fast! Pulled up and the car was sparkling clean, they even cleaned the inside which was a nice surprise! Thank you Auto Crafters for taking the best care of my vehicle and making it look brand new. I chose them based on their reviews; the photos on their website and happy that I did. Further from home but worth the commute. Grateful for honest and kind people!

These guys are the best! Quality work in good time. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and considerate. They had a car for me to rent for a lot cheaper than a rental place and my car was spotless when I got it back. Thanks!

Brought my car here because they are apart of the network for my insurance company. In the end my car got totaled I was able to remove my belongings however to get the tires and wheels I paid for they charged me 200 dollars for them to swap them to the OEM ones I had. Other than having to pay for that it was good. Wasn't happy I had to wait a couple weeks to even get my car looked at.
