Wash Me Car Wash

The carpet rug washer is broken, not dispensing water or cleaner, and took more quarters than advertised. There is no visible phone number or other details to report broken equipment, though after leaving I'm reading posts that it is connected to the next door location. Some signage would be appreciated. Vacuum works okay though, and lasts a while.

Last vacuum on the right took my money, and did not work. Tried twice.. lost $2 in total.. I’m not worried about the $2.. but it’s the principal.. I wonder how many people have put money in the vacuum, haven’t had anyone to call, and basically got stolen from. Could add up to be hundreds or thousands of dollars. Not sure how long this particular vacuum has been stealing from people. Make this right…

My card was charged $10 for a few minutes of self washing. Price on the card reader area stated $2.

Good car was for a quick wash. I had one issue with the change machine shorting me $1, called the number and a very nice gentleman was there within 10 minutes to make it right. Thank you, I will continue to use your establishment. I was there March 3rd and used my card the transaction is still pending, not sure why??

I've been spraying off dirty cars here since 2001. Never any issues or problems. I've always appreciated the hot water spray w/ wax. Credit card reader is clutch. Good parking lot size for entering/exiting M-24.
