Auto Credit Sales Post Falls

Absolutely great experience thanks to Michael and Hunter. First of all, Michael answered all my questions patiently over the phone and promised if I came in he would find something I'd like. He was RIGHT and trust me, I'm picky. I had a LOT of things I was looking for in a new vehicle, and Michael made sure to keep all of those things in mind for me and by the time I got down there, the process was simple. Excellent communication, pleasant attitude all around. Second, Hunter took me on a test drive and worked over the paperwork to meet my specifications several times, all while being patient with a smile on his face. My sales person was knowledgeable, I did feel more pressure than at a dealership. I would have preferred not hearing how he had 4 kids & 1 on the way, & that their lot was an expensive location. These are all tactics that most people will not appreciate. When I had some financial questions at the end, I very much felt his loss of patience. I bought the car, will have my mechanic go through it but I think all will be well. I appreciate the tires & brake work they did for the sale.
