I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at True North Automotive! They deserve more stars honestly. My check engine light went on and my car started having serious problems. Not having knowledge about cars I was nervous about being taken advantage of. I went online and tried to find recommendations of trustworthy mechanics and came across True North Automotive. Melissa and Jeremy were amazing and I will 100% be returning with any car needs. Melissa offered me a ride home after dropping my car off there AND a ride back to pick up my car when it was finished which was so kind. The best part in my opinion besides the above and beyond customer service is how detailed the diagnostics is. The breakdown of the report made it easy to understand. The estimate included pictures/videos with notes

Just had my Dodge truck in for maintenance- apparently a common exhaust leak repair on high mileage Dodge V-8’s can get tricky. The job done, as always in an expert fashion in a day along with some other items that needed attention. Reasonable price but the big relief is knowing the job was done correctly and there are no worries going done the road. All of my vehicles are professionally serviced by Botzon’s.

Very honest, dependable, caring and great listener to your vehicle concerns. Have known Casey (the purveyor) for years (thanks to my father in law for the mechanic hook-up) and my family will absolutely be returning patrons of his fine establishment. And he absolutely warranties his work!!

Had them empty the a.c. system, re-fill and leak check it all. Good job done very promptly!

I cannot recommend Casey highly enough! He diagnosed the problem quickly and skillfully, then did everything he could to see us back on the road again for our road trip in good time.
