Auto Electric Repair

Eric and his crew are great. I have a 25 year old Jeep that had an electric issue that was supposedly repaired three different times by other shops, but no one diagnosed or repaired the actual problem. Auto Electric found the problem immediately and had me back in the road in a few days. I am in the auto industry and I appreciate how hard these electric issues are to fix, they will have all of my business moving forward.

Went to pep boys for a ac evac and Freon recharge. Literally all I needed done. Pep boys failed to adequately pressurize the system and referred me to Eric at Auto electrical repair. He first ensured they pressurized the system correctly, which they did not. He confirmed that my system was holding pressure and did not appear to be leaking, and the ac compressor was not being shorted by a circuit issue or an issue with the ac controller module. He suspected they under pressurized it since pep boys confirmed no leaks. He was looking out for me and had me bring it back after he discovered it was still pressurized low, in order to have it evacuated and recharged a second time. Eric & his co-worker did ABSOLUTE great job for my car. The service suggested me to change my whole light structure due to moisture in rainy days. On the other hand, Eric suggested me both practical & very affordable solution that is backed by science. Glad to find here. (Hopefully not) will be back :)

Eric came through for us big time. We had non-functional tail lights on our RV and were leaving on a long trip in a couple days. Another garage had failed to find the issue but Eric and his guy weren't to be denied. I don't think they had even worked on an RV like ours before. No problem. They found the issue (rodent chewing of a wire bundle above the fuel tank) and soon had us back on the road. 4800 miles later, all is still good.

Eric is great! The cost was reasonable and didn't break the bank. I paid cash to save 4% on credit charges. He quickly assessed that I needed a part from Autozone. The next day it was installed. I went from 1 passenger window working to all 4 windows working. Eric noticed my brake lights were out and changed them no charge while adding new fasteners to my back bumper. Excellent work and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
