First time using this shop for my new used Audi. The vehicle was a garage find and requires lots of work. This visit was to address power steering. Called and was able to get in the following day. Excellent. Very pleasant interaction the moment you walk in. The tech I spoke with the previous day already had my paperwork ready to go. I was advised of the $200 diagnostic fee up front. As promised, I received an email the same day with an estimate. The labor cost was acceptable but the dealership cost for the part, 4K, was way higher than expected. While I am appreciative they only use quality OEM parts for repairs, I had found the part for less. I declined the repair. I was pleasantly surprised to see they repaired a hood latch issue I had. I have a 2015 ram 1500. There have been multiple engine issues until the engine quit on me. Josh was my technician and he replaced my motor. So far I am very happy with the work and price. They were thousands of dollars cheaper than other mechanics and engine rebuilders in the St.Louis area. I will definitely use them again. Very fair and informative.

Great service! Mark is a great guy! Thanks to them for letting me know that the Volvo dealer shop in NY didn’t actually inspect my brakes properly. Even worse, they over-torque my wheels. For someone just moved to St. Louis, all I can say is they are better than all the shops I have been to in NY.

I made a follow-up appointment . . and, my little car runs better than ever. No surprise bill, either. Routine repair prices are posted on a huge board, AND they made sure I understood what we were doing and how much it was going to cost. There's a nice place to wait . . Auto Evaluators Inc. is fantastic! They were able to get me in quickly for my Emissions & IDOD tests. They quoted me with both the price & estimated time that the service would take and they were right on the money! I was out in exactly 45 mins!
