I was pretty happy with my experience at Auto Expert. They were fair and professional. They seemed to be a hardworking group of guys wanting to make an honest living. I was nervous about buying a car with a rebuilt title, but they offered me a 90 day warranty. I took the car to two different mechanics (one in Alabama and one when I got home in Kansas) and both said the repairs looked well done and the car was in great condition. I did have a small issue with a lug stud being stripped out that required the whole hub to be replaced. They handled it very professionally and worked with my mechanic (in Kansas) to get it taken care of and paid for under warranty. I would recommend Auto Expert to anyone looking for a used car.

Saw the car online that I wanted. They stayed open late to meet me since I had a long drive. The staff was courteous and fair. I am pleased with the car and they warranty any mechanical issues. Our church in Birmingham was looking for a 15 passenger van. Chris was very helpful by allowing us to have a local in Foley that we knew drive the van. He even volunteered to do some extra cleaning of it after we told him we were going to buy it. Best experience I have had!
