I thought it was strange there were all 5 star reviews…but they earned it. After a disastrous quote at another local garage that recommended a new engine for $9k we came here for a second opinion. They were able to give us a quote for about a third of the price of the original garage, did a thorough inspection of the engine, and walked us through what work was needed and what work was not. They also discounted additional work we needed to have done to the transmission since we were already undergoing a large project (head gasket replacement). We were given a list ahead of time of possible issues that might cause more work, which I thought was great, but didn’t need it in the end. Our original quote was 100% accurate. It took them a little longer to complete the work than originally though

I called this auto repair shop right before closing to ask about repairing a radiator hose and was told to call back the following week when they reopened. I did exactly that and spoke with Tim. I was very clear that I wanted to have my car repaired, as I had previously been told they could take care of it and to call back the next week. When I asked for a price estimate, Tim refused to provide one over the phone. When I said I didn’t understand, he told me I should find another shop and then hung up on me. I don’t understand what kind of business operates this way. The interaction was extremely unprofessional, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment nor would I do business with them, they are very unprofessional.

These guys saved me a bunch of money with their knowledge and efficiency. They had the used transmission I needed and got my Subaru back on the road in 2 days. It was honestly pretty incredible!
