Auto Experts in SLO are truly amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and have consistently received outstanding service. Most recently, I was in a pinch when I found out I needed a critical repair done the day before an upcoming camping trip. Jerry—who is fantastic and exactly the kind of person you want talking with customers—reassured me right away that I’d be taken care of. Sure enough, they ordered the part and completed the repair that very same day. Their work is top-notch, fast, and fairly priced. I’m so happy to have such a trustworthy auto shop in town, and I recommend them to everyone.

We are coming from Düsseldorf/Germany and was on a Roadtrip with my 1989 Jeep Wagoneer and minutes after i realised that my deflection roller from my engine was broken we found the Car repar "Auto Experts" . The Shop was closed just two guys was drinking a After Work Beer and meet eachother and i disturbed them and asked them for Help. They was soo kindly and they helped us and we was soo happy we could contignue our Roadtrip to Big Sur and San Francisco on Highway one. This was exactly 14 month ago and iam sorry i placed this story so late. We was so glad to contignue our 2000 Miles Roadtrip across three States and the Engine was still strong and we could finish the trip without any Engine problems. We will never forget this from Auto Experts and hopefully we see eachother next near again

Auto Experts in San Luis Obispo is the real deal. I’ve been going there for over a decade, and Anthony and his team have always taken great care of me. They’re cost-conscious, take pride in their work, and consistently go above and beyond. My family and several friends now take their cars here because of how honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced they are. They're especially great for smog checks and quick repairs. I’ve referred two friends who needed quotes on repairs, and both ended up choosing Auto Experts and were really happy with the experience. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I’ve often felt like I had “sucker” written on my forehead at other shops—but not here. We have been using Anthony at Auto Experts since we moved to SLO in 2006. Anthony does good work and--more than that--is honest with you. He does not "find" things that need to be replaced or use subpar parts to patch up the problem. If you don't need it, he won't recommend it; if he recommends it--you need it. My only issue is that by giving him another good review he gets more busy, which makes it harder to get my cars scheduled!

10/10 would recommended I had my car diagnosed and they did excellent work. Very honest and knowledgeable. Thank you Jerry and Tony!
