Henry came in on his day off to get my car ready for me to pick up and to make sure the process was complete! He was friendly and helpful through the entire process and answered many questions. Being etremely helpful and accommodating and rearranging his personal schedule allowed me to spend my day off with my family and not make and extra 2hr round trip to Erie to get my new car! On Monday February 23 I went to auto express kia. They weren't much help. So I went next door to auto express mitsubishi. Let me tell you the salesman Ethan pettis helped me get approved and into a 2014 ford fusion energi titanium. Over the passed few days this car has been amazing. They were so friendly getting me into something. Definitely 5 stars to them and I recommend them to anyone.

We went to this year’s Auto Show in hopes of seeing what was available with Mitsubishi. We met Ethan and set a time to meet up at the new dealership with him a few days later. Ethan was very helpful in the buying process, as was Mindy in the financial department. We also have had positive experiences with Kevin and the service department team when needing to get our other Mitsubishi cars serviced.
