I had an amazing experience at this shop from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and I especially want to thank Melissa for being so helpful and patient with me. This was my first accident, and I had a lot of questions, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. She was always communicative and kept me updated, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the experience was great, and my car looks absolutely amazing. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism shown, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

They did a great job on the repairs. They did an even better job helping me navigate through the hurdles of the insurance companies and making sure I wasn't overburdened by the process.

Some of the best service in the city, quick and amazing work

Outside body work was done well, however while picking up my vehicle, the passenger visor mirror was damaged as well as the lever to open the hood. ( note: mirror or lever was NOT an issue/damaged or reason as to why my vehicle was brought. I didn’t require any work inside the vehicle). Alleged owner did absolutely nothing to rectify and and has no system in place for car drop off to note what damages are seen prior to starting the work or what they have noticed while repairing. He in fact insinuated that I did the damage. Don’t you think I would’ve requested to fix it while in possession. Any use at your own risk, ladies beware have a man escort you or handle interactions.
