Auto Glass Boss

I have had 2 terrible experiences. If I could give a zero that is what they deserve. In 2020 I had them defog windows in a Discovery. When done windows would never lock afterwards. They would do nothing to solve the issue. Now, after being to the employee that did the work was fired, against my better judgement I agreed to have the owner install a windshield. No show for the appointment. They told 4 different stories, 1st claimed he did not have my phone #, LIE, then said they just got the windshield, LIE.(I had tracking from my insurance) #3 He told ME he was in California working on another motor home, then told my insurance company he was in California because of a family emergency. LIE. The company can't be trusted

I contacted many companies about fixing the windows of my RV. Some where foggy, but the worst part was the curled up rubber between the dual panes glass. No company was able to help me, they only wanted to sell me new windows. I'm so happy I found Boss Auto Glass. The communication was clear and prompt. Jerome and Matt are hard workers and did an amazing job. I'm very pleased with the result and their prices are acceptable.

Auto Glass Boss, Kaden and Noah did a first class job on our motorhome. This company is great at communicating and was there the day I called them. Very nice and professional right from the start. Will definitely call them for any glass repairs. They are hard workers.

My RV emergency window was smashed in by an angry drug addict. I called several places and it was a nightmare. This is my home! Glass everywhere and it’s cold at night. Finally got a referral from an RV dealer to this family owned company. Spoke to the father, then the daughter and the next day their son came over and fixed my window. He cut the glass, sanded and painted it. He was great! Anyway it was a good experience and very pleased with their customer service and did a great job with my window!
