This was an eccellent experience. I have been a customer for a long time with them and my profile and records were on their old computer system. Since they had recently begun migration of records from the old computer system to the new computer system, they took the time find my records on the old system and replaced the wondshield per warranty. There nothing i can complain about. Their service was greatly appreciated! Thank you guys!

They came to my house and took care of the problem very quickly. They are very professional and go above and beyond to provide great service and outstanding customer service. On 12/30/25 I found out my front windshield had a crack from road rock hitting. I file State Farm glass only claim and choose auto glass express as my glass replacement. My State Farm claim department did fantastic job to initiate my claim process and work closely with this shop. The shop manager Saeed is very detailed what we need to do and efficiently and effectively prepare needed documentation for insurance and parts needed for front windshield replacement. Windshield started leaking water after they replaced it. I followed their instructions to the letter. Also, The estimate process was very strange, i had about 4 different quotes by text and email all different prices. I moved out of state and emailed them when it started leaking. No response. Ended up having the dealer reseal it.
