In January I ordered a replacement side mirror for my 2009 Lexus GS 350. The mirror came in and it didn’t fit. I contacted this business and was told they would send me the correct mirror. I made several calls leaving voice mails and sent emails never heard back. After a month or so I finally got a hold of Al and he asked me to send all these pictures of my current mirror etc never heard back again. I called and left messages again for another month. I got ahold of him again he tells me he was sick. He wasn’t able to find the mirror he would just refund the money. Which should have been done any way Bc I returned the mirror to him. I never got the refund. I called again for several weeks he told me to give him my address he would send me a check… guess what he blocked me I didn’t know it
Came through with the part I needed for my AMC Jav. Then he directed me to a junk yard in North Dakota that specialized in AMC parts and had everything I ever needed.Above and beyond.
I ordered two glass only recieved one. They also said I was dishonest.
