Had my windshield replaced a couple weeks ago and had a wonderful experience with CSR Raymond and the technician! They even vacuumed out the front of my car for me! My windshield spontaneously cracked and through the insurance company they recommended Safelite. They had all the information of my vehicle, I had to wait 4 days for them to replace the window and when they came out they had ordered the wrong window. At that point I had no trust or faith in their ability and they were going to order a new one and it was going to be another week before they could come back out. I’m so glad I did—there, I was helped by a fantastic woman who got everything booked quickly and was so kind throughout the process. A few days later, a technician came out to my house for the replacement. While the appointment ended up being later in the day than expected, I found out it was due to a vendor delay—not their fault. The tech was professional, fast, and took the time to explain everything to me.
