The service was extremely extremely awesome all the way down to the receptionist the receptionist is the one that set the tone. She is very friendly, extremely friendly, extremely professional and made sure the work got done right and then installer he is extremely professional. He went above and beyond and I think they have the best prices in town. I know one thing they’re better than safe life you can bet that I give them a 10 star.

People were nice, the install went horribly, however. Came for windshield replacement. Glue was left all over the windshield, trim pieces were not reinstalled properly, mirror cover was literally falling off, not even clipped in. The wipers were also installed too low and were resting on the bottom seals. The windshield itself is now pushed into the dashboard, causing a loud squeaking noise over bumps. The biggest problem was my heating/ac making a terrible noise after the install. Something must have happened in between removing the cabin air filter to remove the windshield and reinstalling everything. They refused to look at it or try to diagnose it. Overall the install was very sloppy and unprofessional.

Justin is an awesome technician. He was very friendly, extremely helpful and did an amazing job cleaning and installing the back window. Absolutely great experience. Will definitely use Arrow again in the future.
