Auto Glass Now

Auto Glass Now came out again to tackle a tough windshield install in my large truck. These guys are awesome. In and out in 40 minutes and professional and cleaned up after themselves. If only every business was as good as this team!

A friend referred me to this place. This is the first time I’ve ever had to repair my windshield and I could not be more satisfied. The tech guy did a fantastic job on my windshield repair. It’s hardly even noticeable that the chip was even there. Will definitely do business with them again. They are also mobile which was convenient for me. I’m about 30 miles out from their shop and they came to repair at my home. Highly recommend and great rates!

On 02/08/26 I telephoned Auto Glass Now to schedule a mobile windshield repair. The representative was very professional and helpful in scheduling my mobile repair appointment in Gainesville, Georgia. On 02/10/26 a representative called and only identified himself as Auto Glass Now. He asked me several questions but began talking over me as I attempted to answer his questions. He stated it would be a few hours before he would arrive. He called back a few hours later and requested that I park my vehicle “in the street” for the repair instead of in my garage or driveway. The AGN representative arrived in a personal vehicle with no AGN identification on it. He was wearing an AGN t-shirt. I needed windshields replaced on both my small SUV and my motorhome. I got an appointment quickly through my insurance. On the first trip out, the windshield was replaced on the SUV but the installer broke the windshield for the motorhome. They had to order another one. That was pretty quick but then they canceled and rescheduled me 4 or 5 times with minimal communication as to the reschedule dates. I would just suddenly get a text the night before. They finally came out and replaced it. By then I realized that they had installed the wrong windshield or something on my SUV because the auto sense wipers weren't working. Today was my 1st experience with Auto Glass Now. From the moment I reached out the customer service over the phone down to my technician Lance, the service was great. I was Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend. Lance did an awesome job and made the experience really easy! I will continue to use Auto Glass Now Gainesville for future services!!
