John was awesome! Customer service was the best. She was very helpful & patient. The only thing is, I really wished the window for repair was a little shorter. 8-6 is a long time to wait. John arrived and was amazing. The glass replacement didn't take long all, even if I was the last one on the list! Highly recommend them to everyone!

Great, affordable, convenient and quick. I got a quote online and a call shortly after to schedule. They had my windshield type already in stock so everything went smoothly. I was able to come in 2 days later for my appointment and get it replaced. Everything from start to finish was easy and pain free. The employees were kind, courteous and polite and helpful. Fantastic mobile service with great pricing! So glad I went with Auto Glass over SafeLite, and the customer service was so much better! Tech John showed up early and got the job done quickly and efficiently, and walked me through all the ins and outs on how to take care of the new windshield after the install. 11/10 cant really see myself using any other service after this experience.

This place feels very scammy. I was sent there by my insurance for a windshield replacement, but almost immediately felt like something was off. From an "additional fee" to utilize the mobile service to "your car needs a special calibration." It all just sounded wrong, and to be honest - shady. It's a 2021 Spark LS. There is nothing that can be calibrated! Long story short - reported it to my insurance who was able to confirm that the mobile service fee is not a thing and neither is the "special" calibration. I ended up using a different service to get my windshield replaced without issues or surprises. 0/10 don't recommend.

Worst experience ever. Do not take your Tesla here. I even called and asked if they worked on Tesla before booking with them. They didn’t tell me the glass they use isn’t OEM. They broke my visor, scratched up my trim, didnt put my parts back on properly, and had glue all over my window and door paint. There’s whistling and wind noises when I’m driving on the highway.
