Auto Glass Now

They were quick to get me in. The young man who did the work was very polite and informative. Tara, the young lady at the desk, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely go back if need be.

I'll give a few notes and let the pictures do the talking It took two days to create a wind tunnel and a rain and dew catcher out of my 2021 western star, I had to leave to pick up a load and get another appointment in Oregon to hopefully get it fixed , this place and it's "Tech's" is a joke The right window is a quarter inch lower then the left, which I assume creates the whole issue And the window isn't evenly aligned around the body of the truck , on the door post the glass isn't touching the glue that's supposed to hold the glass in place

Update - to my review due to my windshield not being done correctly or whatever they did. I paid $220.00 for the inside of my car to get messed up! They did not offer any type of reimbursement during these issues. My car driver side floorboard was completely soaked. After they did my windshield it was leaking. I made an appointment to have it brought back in. Whatever they did still did not fix it. Then it proceeded to leak more in my vehicle. They did say at that point that if it kept leaking to bring it back in and they would replace the whole thing! At this point my vehicle smells horrendous due to the water issue, I had to pay to get it sucked/cleaned out! Before photo posted below. I had to make another appointment and that one finally got it fixed! It isn't leaking now. Fingers cros

I was impressed with the work and the speed that they did it in. Friendly staff the same price as everybody else was postponed on first appointment but it was because of a snow storm they did not get their glass but they made up for it. Unlike Safelite canceling my appointment two weeks in a row with no explanation day of my appointment.

Great customer service. I'll call them again, if needed. And, recommending to my family and friends. Tara and Sage took great care of me.
