Auto Glass Now

I like the service it was easy. Left my car there the guy was very professional. He knew what to do came back no problem. We should look great and 🪧 he glued down with were perfect. I added the blue tape just for precaution, but it didn’t need lol

Horrible service provided at the Oakland Ca shop. Gladis Polanco manager was horrible and Apparently all of your glass replacements come with distortions. I took my vehicle for wndshield replacement twice!!! Both times rhe “new” glass turned out to be distorted. Gladis the manager inspected the glass and said she didnt see anything wrong! See images below for reference. Once the glass is replaced with low quality glass the shop denies any addition service! Avoid getting service here at all cost!! Manager was very rude and dismissive even though the employees confirmed the replaced glass has distortions. They charged my insurance deductible, charged the insurance for the work and did not complete the service!! Your better off taking your vehicle elsewhere for repairs. T

Great Experience, Honestly. I’m so glad I shopped around because I hadn’t heard of Auto Glass Now. Definitely feels like I got the best deal possible. I’d highly recommend this place over the others. I hope to not need another windshield replacement but if I do, I know where to go and also I’ll be recommending this place to anyone who needs it. Thanks Team!! It turned out perfect.

The woman at the front desk was so nice. I felt like a baby going haha. Someone broke my passenger window the night before and I had to call off work. They took all my crochet stuff. I was mad sad. ☹️ A lot of places I called could not do same day and in the bay yall know we can’t leave a car with no window unless you wanna come out to it on bricks. Sooo they said I my window would be there within a few hours I called around 9 am. They had my window by 2 I was home before 3. I also have a back window semi cracked from another incident and she totally told me how to take care of that so I will be back with them next week for that! They did amazing. Attached is a photo of my window broken and I’d post the after pic but it’s so clean and new it doesn’t even look like it’s there lmao

They were fast and reasonably priced. No frills place in West Oakland that I've used several times over the years. I made an appt and was in and out of there in 1 hour on a Saturday morning with a windshield replacement. I did not use insurance because it was less than my deductible. Recommended.
