When I went to make my appointment, DJ was the one I talked to very professional made me feel very comfortable with making the appointment and he was very punctual if I owned a business I would definitely hire him. I don’t have the manager‘s name but she was very professional also with making sure, I understood the bill and you know they gave me a discount because I was a veteran. I definitely would recommend someone with a cracked windshield or shattered windshield to come to that location and the gentleman that did the actual work when he brought me my car, he explained the warranty. He explained everything what he did and he told me to make sure that I didn’t wash my car for a few days. He was very professional. My experience was excellent 10 out of 10.

I'm very pleased with the service at this shop - the manager Janae was incredibly kind and thorough, went above and beyond with a quick appointment schedule (next day!) and even a courtesy discount, as I was out of pocket to fix another shop's installation and an ongoing leak. The techs were very professional and took their time to reinstall my van's windshield and calibrate the sensor / camera correctly (they needed a lot of patience - it was about four attempts before success!). I recommend Auto Glass Now without hesitation!

He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and made sure everything was done right, which I really appreciated. The workmanship was top-notch, and he even cleaned up after himself—you wouldn’t know any work had been done except for the perfectly replaced windshield. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. If you’re getting a windshield replaced and Ellie is your technician, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

Omar was very pleasant, and very professional. Explaining the process and answering any questions I had. The customer service has been A+++ from start to finish. Even though our insurance is trash and wouldn’t approve the OEM windshield on a car with less than 500 miles….we will cross that bridge should it ever be traded… BUT, these guys did their job well.

This place is great. No one was willing to work on my c6 corvette that had a split on the windshield. This man maintained Constant communication as he went above and beyond to not only order the correct specific windshield for my corvette, but ensured a proper installer worked on it. After weeks of people denying to even touch my car, these guys handled it and kept their price promise.
