Everyone was really nice. They took my vehicle back to the back quickly. The work was done quickly. Had control of the TV. Coffee was fresh (K-Pods). No complaints. Gave me clear instructions about washing the vehicle and keeping the tape on. Would use this service again.
I took my Defender to the shop today for a windshield replacement. When I arrived, they asked if they could reschedule my appointment because a technician had called in sick and they were short-staffed. Emily made several calls and was able to arrange for Chen from the Riverside location to come to Palm Springs and complete the job. I am more than satisfied and truly appreciative of Chen—he was professional, responsible, and went above and beyond. I’m writing this not just for future customers to know, but more importantly so that Chen’s supervisor and the business owner understand the value he brings. Employees like Chen, who give 200%, are the reason any business succeeds.

Availability for appt was quick and easy to obtain, friendly staff who worked with our budget to give us the best price! They were SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER than competitors. We were done within an hr and a half. Convinent location to walk to local businesses to wait for the repair to be done.
Fast, great price, close to starbucks so you can wait while they are installing the windshield. Clean waiting area. Nice friendly people.
