E & C Towing

Had a tire go flat and then towing home the spare tire blew. I was dead on the side of the freeway. Contacted EC towing and Jorge took the service call. He located and drove to Beaumont to pick up the needed tire and changed it out on the side of the freeway. This happened on a Sunday night when everyone else was closed and my insurance company couldn’t help because I was towing a fifth wheel trailer. The service was good and price was fair. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself in need

Ivan came to pick up my car today and the battery was dead. He took the time to help me get it started. He also contacted the repair company It was being sent to to make sure they could take it. He went above and beyond and made the whole process very simple. I will use this company again in the future!

The driver lied to me about having to pick up a second car on a specific route, which resulted in me being charged for 18 miles of service - $216, rather than the 100 mile route I suggested, which would have been covered by my AAA. I pointed out to him that a second car would not fit on the tow truck, and he said that they tow it behind the truck. He quoted 3.5 hours to account for the second car pickup, and said that I had to pay, or he would take my car off the tow truck. Needing to get my car to the mechanic, I reluctantly paid. My mom showed up to meet him at the destination over an hour ahead of the timeline he quoted me, and when she arrived she found my car had been left on the street, unlocked, with my keys inside. Noe helped me this morning with a flat tire. He was very timely, polite, efficient, and competent. He dealt with the suddenly broken community gate call box with patience. He placed my spare on and put the damaged tire in my trunk for me. I used AAA, so no point of service cost to me.
