so on November 3rd I had an appointment for a repair to come out and fix my back windshield the guy name was Michael and he was very rude and disrespectful he had the most disrespectful attitude I have ever seen in my life with no care in the world as I was about to call the company I ended up receiving a call from the Company and I forgot this man name but he was the most nicest and generous person I have ever seen and met I am most definitely giving a five star because of the this particular guy he worked over just to make sure I was satisfied and he was very remorseful for the guy earlier he reassured me that everything was gonna be OK because I was having a bad day but because of this guy my day ended up better he took care of me he made sure that I got the service I needed and I reall

The staff is fantastic! They clearly explain your choices so you can make informed decisions. I visited as a walk-in without an appointment, and even though they were busy, they managed to fit me into their schedule.

The appointment was easy to make and the technician was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was on time and did a fast and proficient job. Would use this company again if needed.

Had a branch fall on my back windshield while I was in ATL visiting some friends. Brought it here and while they did do a great job replacing the glass I now cannot get my liftgate to close. Which….. it was opening and closing just fine before I brought it in. I asked the guy and he said “I don’t work on latches” and that was the answer, he didn’t really care that whatever he had done broke the liftgate. Just kinda frustrating that I just dropped $300 and now my car is sitting at a dealership awaiting probably a very expensive repair because of glass being stuck on the latch. Also they “vacuumed” my trunk and there’s still glass everywhere.
