I ordered the parts (master switch and passenger switch) from the manufacturer and they installed. Convenient location, efficient installation, easy to work with, fair pricing.

From the very first phone call, I knew this was the shop to use for my Audi RS3. Steve was extremely helpful and detailed, and confirmed he was able to get genuine OEM glass for my car. He kept me in the loop from start to finish and couldn’t have made the process any easier. The replacement glass is as good as new and the installation was performed flawlessly. I am very particular with my vehicles and was immediately put at ease when I learned Steve is a proper Audi enthusiast and takes pride in his work on higher end vehicles. Wow, best service I’ve had in years. In general. They were very professional on the phone, very communicative, very fast! I wound up walking too far thinking it’d take longer! They ensured my sensors were back working. Got me in a pinch too! I was able to get everything done the same day as I called. Very happy. Great people, sad I won’t be stopping by often since it’s rare to get my windshield broken haha. But I definitely recommend Auto Glass Specialists! Great experience!
