Auto Haus of Williamsburg

Bought a used Audi Q5 here, and they were truly wonderful. Jason helped us and he was so nice and patient with me. I was nervous about shopping for a used car because I wanted a warrenty, but they offer a warrenty (up to 5 years!) and do the repairs themselves in house! If I need another car, Auto Haus will be the first place I go.

Recently I took my mother into Auto Haus to look at a 2021 Lexus ES350 and we were greeted by our Salesperson, Ben. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy throughout our process. He also was very transparent with the vehicle we were looking at showing us the Car Fax and previous service history. If you are in the market to purchase a clean, unmolested, well maintained used car look no further than Auto Haus! And when you do ask for Ben, he was the best!

He answered all my questions during the test drive and followed up after purchase to ensure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. Bottom line - this was my second purchase from Autohaus and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.
